Terms and conditions are valid for purchases made through the online store, under the domain www.sam73.cz and are intended to final customers.

1. By placing an the customer confirms that he understands and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the online store, delivery, payment terms and product reclamation.
2. Each order is confirmed by an e-mail message sent to the address specified by the customer.
3. Each order is considered binding.

Privacy Policy

1. Customer information is stored in compliance with applicable laws of the Czech Republic, namely the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 101/2000 Coll. subsequent amendments and regulations. The company STREET AND SPORTS WEAR - sam, Ltd. is registered with the controller of personal data, all data obtained from customers is used solely for internal company use and is not provided to third parties. The exception being the external delivery carriers, to which the customer's personal information is transmitted at the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of goods. STREET AND SPORTS WEAR - sam, Ltd. handles personal information without the expressed consent of clients only to the extent permitted by law on personal data protection, namely in § 5, paragraph 2, point. b) and § 5 paragraph 6.

Selecting and ordering

1. To select the desired goods to be purchased after clicking on “Add to Cart” - The products page will open, where the user can select the type of product, size and number of pieces.
2. Enter sampling method. There are two options:
   
   cash on delivery
   - The goods are sent to the address and added to the total price of CZK 120 postal,
   personal collection
   - In this case the customer selects one of our or franchise stores where want to send goods,
   - Does not apply postal,
   - The goods are reserved on his name for 10 days from the date of delivery,
   - If the customer does not collect the goods within 10 days, shop send SMS if the order is to be canceled or the custumer picks up order.
3. The total order price including VAT is shown in the column TOTAL PRICE. The price of the goods ordered will be increased by the amount of 120 CZK for postage.
4. Furthermore, the user must complete the personal identification data, which are:
   
   Name
   Surname
   Street
   City and postal code
   Phone
   E-mail
   
   To successfully finish placing the order the customer must agree to the terms of delivery. Consent is given by ticking “I agree with the terms of delivery”.

Changing the contents of your order

1. You are free to change your choice of goods and their amount.
2. Only after clicking on the “ORDER” button your order is considered binding.

Payment method

1. Payment for goods ordered can only be made in one way – COD (cash on delivery). Payments are therefore made in cash upon receiving the goods from the shipping company DPD.

Transport

1. Ordered goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after receiving the order. At a time when the goods pass the transmission of DPD, we send customers an e-mail. In the case where, for some reason can not send goods, information is also available in this e-mail.
2. Goods are delivered by the transport company DPD which delivers goods within 1-2 working days throughout the Czech Republic, within 2-3 working days to Slovakia. The delivery time does not guarantee our company, but the transport company DPD.

Order Cancellation

Order Cancellation by the supplier is only possible in exceptional cases:

1. Goods not in stock
   The customer is always informed by email to the customer´s address about the reason of order cancellation. The cancellation of orders due to ” goods not in stock“ occurs when STREET AND SPORTS WEAR – sam, Ltd. is not able to provide the goods. The cancellation of an order in this case is always preceded by an e-mail, between the relevant business operator and the customer.
2. In case of false order
   An order is identified as false, if it contains nonsense data (it is not possible to deliver), the addressee does not know about it (joke) or disagrees with it (when verifying an order). As in the previous case, the operator tries to contact the customer by email to clarify the situation.

Reclamation (Returns)

1. The Returns are processed according to the provisions of Law No. 40/1964. Civil Code, No. 513/1991 Coll. and z.č.634/1992 no., Consumer Protection Act, as amended, and applies only to consumer goods purchased from the seller which are under warranty at the time of exercising the buyer´s right from the liability for defects.
2. The warranty period shall be governed by applicable provisions of the Act, which is by law 24 months. The warranty period begins upon receipt of goods by the buyer.
3. According to Act No. 367/2000 Coll. we provide a money back and guarantee to exchange goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can withdraw without giving any reason and without any sanctions, simply sending us your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Send the goods back in its original packaging as ordinary mail (no COD – cash on delivery) to our address. Please note that our guarantee (to withdraw) applies only to undamaged and unused goods. Remember the include the refund form for returned goods, respectively withdrawal, with all the instructions completed, in the package. According to your request, we will exchange the goods returned or we will return the appropriate amount of money for the goods. In the case of exchange of goods, you will no longer pay postage.

   Reclamation including the removal of defects must be resolved without delay, within 30 days from the date of claim, unless the parties agree on another deadline. After this period the purchaser has the same rights as if it were a unremovable defect.
